Most furniture is built for pricing.
It is shaped for nobody in particular. That is why you shift in it, why you cross and uncross your legs, why you get up sooner than you meant to. Most people have never thought to expect better, because nothing they have sat in gave them a reason to. A chair built for your body is not a nicer version of that chair. It is a different object.
Here is the plain constraint. A build runs six months to a year, and only a small number of slots open each year. There is no rush and no sale. If the timing is wrong, get on the list and wait for the right year.

How Its Made
The Seat
The seat rises at the thigh, falls beneath the knee, and dips to cradle the spine, so your weight settles instead of perching.
The Back
Bent lamination flexes with the spine. The tenons are loosened by one sixteenth of an inch so the braces turn to welcome shoulders both broad and narrow.
The Arm
A sculpted cove cradles the forearms in their natural fall. An eight-degree transition allows the arm to emerge seamlessly from the back leg, aligning with the body's natural cant. A gentle inward dip at the elbow offers quiet support in the resting position.
The Headrest

Denim Series
Denim fabric is stacked layer on layer the way plywood is laid up, each layer paint rolled with epoxy and then vacuum sealed to compress the stack into a single dense billet. Cured, it machines and sculpts like hardwood, but the edges read as indigo stratigraphy. The first chair in this series is in development.
